CCS was established in 1990 as a commercial cleaning company, providing cleaning services to housing association, building firms and letting agents as well as other local businesses.

 

Alec Stone who worked as a self employed property maintenance service provider decided to buy CCS in 2009 and run the businesses in parallel, adding grounds maintenance to our service provision.

 

CCS is now jointly owned by Alec Stone and Joanna Stone as a husband and wife partnership, providing a one stop shop for facilities management services to businesses throughout the Hampshire region.

We hope within the next 3 years to extend our offering further within the facilities sector.
